A Virtual Retreat

The Purpose and Vision

This is a spiritual formation retreat geared to fostering our formation into the likeness of Christ. We seek to behold Him that we may be made more like Him. It is a journey to greater intimacy with God. It is a journey that we take individually and collectively with other sisters.

It is our desire that you will have an encounter with God that will bring rest, peace, refreshment, and transformation to your soul. That you will know and experience God’s love for you. As you gaze upon Him, you will see the beauty He has placed in you.

We are all on the journey of becoming like Jesus. We pray that this will aid you on that journey, and you will find yourself one step closer to that goal and greater clarity in discerning God’s voice/leading. Also, in the process, get to know some new sisters in Christ.

Enjoy the ride and trust the Holy Spirit to move through the process.

The retreat is centered around these key verses:

“For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined TO BE CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF HIS SON, that He might be the first born among many brethren.” (Romans 8:29 NASB caps added)

“But we all with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord ARE BEING TRANSFORMED INTO THE SAME IMAGE FROM GLORY TO GLORY, just as from the Lor, the Spirit.” (2 Corinthians 3:18 NASB caps added)

“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me..” (John 10:27 NASB)

“…the sheep follow him because they know his voice. And a stranger they simply will not follow..” (John 10:4b-5a NASB)

Please set aside the whole weekend to participate. It builds from Friday night through Saturday evening and closes with a commissioning on Sunday morning. It is a time to come away and be with God in a space that you set aside for Him.

It is essential for everyone to be present for each session as each is a stairstep to the next (hence “journey”) as well as for the closing session as it is a commissioning / activation service which is the Holy Spirit closure to the work that God has done throughout the retreat.

• Please complete and submit the evaluation form before leaving the property. This will help us plan and prepare for next year. Thank you!
